Important prestigious award for the Gattinara Molsino 2003, that has been included in the 2008 Edition of the Italian guide of wines “L’Espresso”  among the first 159 excellent wines of Italy.

To this matter we report a passage extracted from the daily paper “La Repubblica” dated October 5th 2007, regarding this news: “… the news of year 2008 are the so-called Nebbiolo wines  of the North. More particularly Gattinara and Lessona that enter for the first time among these excellent wines: the  Gattinara Molsino 2003 produced by Azienda Nervi, champion also in the price – quality ratio and the Lessona Riserva”.

The article continues explaining that in the last years these wines improved because: “…. the last warmest years have decreased the natural strong acidity of these Nebbiolo wines.  Today some of them can compete with their most famous  brothers, the Nebbiolo of the south Piedmont, Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero”.
