Produced in small quantities, exclusively with the pomaces of "Gattinara Vigneto Molsino", this Grappa is steam-distilled in copper stills. For a better tasting experience, a crystal glass with a long stem is recommended in order to keep the Grappa away from the hand. Although Grappa should be enjoyed by itself, we suggest to try it with the savoury "tome", the typical cheese of the Alpine valley of Valsesia.
