TOTAL YEARLY PRODUCTION: selected, small quantity: 10.000 bottles.
PRODUCTION AREA: Hillside vineyards carefully selected among those with the best exposure.
GRAPES: Nebbiolo (vinified in white) and Chardonnay in different percentage varying according to the vintage.
BOTTLING: Ganè is bottled in the spring following the production vintage.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%.
COLOUR: Brilliant straw-white.
BOUQUET: Harmonic and balanced fusion between fruity and bread-crust aromas.
FLAVOUR Delicate, harmonic, with good acidity supported by a good alcoholic level.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C.
TO BE SERVED WITH: Ganè is an excellent table-wine, particularly suited to white meat and fish; it can also be drunk as an aperitif.
Vinification: Soft pressing, with temperature controlled fermentation.
 
Ganè is a wine with fine and elegant structure, excellent to drink, and with very good possibility of evolution; it is the result of the experience, researches and philosophy of NERVI carried out through the choice of small quantity of highly selected grapes and their pairing.
