This wine is similar to GATTINARA:
garnet coloured turning to a brick shade when aged; fine, floral and
fruity bouquet; dry flavour and full bodied. Because of a lower alcohol content, the presence of complementary grapes and a shorter ageing this wine is less precious than Gattinara; nevertheless it is refined and tasteful. |
