VINIFICATION:
Soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation at controlled
temperature
(28° C max.), short maceration.
This wine is a blend of Nebbiolo with other
indigenous grape varietals from the North-Eastern
Piemonte, it shows character, structure and
very good harmony. In the case of outstanding
vintages the "ROSSO" becomes "SPANNA"
with a different percentage blend of grapes
and a longer ageing, up to three years.
